5-Day Clean Eating Challenge

One of my greatest joys is watching my clients realize what they are capable of: eating CLEAN and getting LEAN. When they realize that this quote is SO TRUE. I keep reminding them that food is 85% of the equation, and once they embrace a healthy food lifestyle they will see results like never before… I’m so INCREDIBLY proud of these ladies for sticking to the meal plans for 5 days, pushing themselves to try new (and healthy) things, and committing to another 5 days of clean eating with me! They have lost a total of 56 pounds. 14 ladies. 56 pounds. ONE goal: to get HEALTHY! Kicking butt ladies and spouses... keep going!!!!
