-4 scoops (or packets) of vegan vanilla superfood Shakeology (or your favorite vanilla protein powder)
-1/2 cup almond butter
-1/4 cup melted coconut oil
-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
-1/4 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
-3 T unsweetened cacao nibs (or mini dark chocolate chips)
Stir all ingredients together. Place into a 9x9 pan lined with parchmen
INGREDIENTS: 1-1.5 pounds of beef/pork/veal blend ½ cup gluten free oats + ½ c ritz crackers 1 egg ¼ diced onion or ½ tsp onion powder 1 ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper small drizzle of Worcestershire sauce *if too dry, add 1/4 cup of milk DIRECTIONS: preheat oven to 350*f combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir, and transfer to muffin tins (larger works better). 15 oz (from 3 medium hass) pitted and halved avocados
1 lime, juiced
1/3 cup red onion, minced
1 small clove garlic, mashed
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
kosher salt and fresh pepper, to taste
Place the pulp from the avocados in a medium bowl and slightly mash with a fork or a potato masher leaving some large chunks. Add lime juice, salt, pepper, cilantro, red onion, garlic and mix thoroughly.
