How Do I Stay Motivated to Work Out?
I get asked all the time....“How do you stay so motivated to work out?”
Here's my answer.
I’m not motivated. I’m disciplined. 👌🏻
And, I have a squad that helps me stay motivated even when I don't want to. I may want to quit on myself, but I won't quit on them. We show up together every day of the week, and we push and motivate each other to keep going and never give up. Find a tribe, share your goals, and push each other. It's that simple. 👏🏻
