Homemade & Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites


These Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough bites are actually HEALTHY for you... and OH SO DELICIOUS!

Healthy Cookie Dough Bites -4 scoops (or packets) of vegan vanilla superfood Shakeology (or your favorite vanilla protein powder) -1/2 cup almond butter -1/4 cup melted coconut oil -1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk -1/4 cup unsweetened coconut shreds -3 T unsweetened cacao nibs (or mini dark chocolate chips) Stir all ingredients together. Place into a 9x9 pan lined with parchment paper. Using your hands or spatula spread out evenly. Freeze and cut into 16 squares! Enjoy! ~Sarah
