Meatloaf Muffins Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-1.5 pounds of beef/pork/veal blend

  • ½ cup gluten free oats + ½ c ritz crackers

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ diced onion or ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • small drizzle of Worcestershire sauce

  • *if too dry, add 1/4 cup of milk

DIRECTIONS:

  • preheat oven to 350*f

  • combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir, and transfer to muffin tins (larger works better). Or you can use a loaf tin, too!

  • bake for 20 minutes, then cool and serve.
