INGREDIENTS:
1-1.5 pounds of beef/pork/veal blend
½ cup gluten free oats + ½ c ritz crackers
1 egg
¼ diced onion or ½ tsp onion powder
1 ¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
small drizzle of Worcestershire sauce
*if too dry, add 1/4 cup of milk
DIRECTIONS:
preheat oven to 350*f
combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir, and transfer to muffin tins (larger works better). Or you can use a loaf tin, too!
bake for 20 minutes, then cool and serve.
