Soft, fluffy and packed full of protein, these bagel puff bites are simply incredible. Only 3-4 ingredients and so easy to make! The kids even LOVE them!

INGREDIENTS
▪️1.5 cups of flour of your choice (you can use GF)
▪️1 cup of cottage cheese*
▪️1 egg, beaten for egg wash
▪️Toppings: everything but the bagel, cinnamon + sugar (optional)
*works best when cottage cheese is blended to creamy consistency in the blender
METHOD
Blend the cottage cheese until creamy, mix flour and creamy cottage cheese, work into a dough ball, tear off pieces and roll into small balls, drop in egg wash, drop in seasoning and add to parchment paper.
Bake on 350 for 20-22 minutes until golden brown on top.
Mine made about 10 puff balls. You can make them smaller if you want, I wanted mine bigger.
