Killer Ab Circuit Coming in HOT šŸ”„šŸ’ŖšŸ¼

Treat this Monday like a non-holiday week Monday. It sets the tone for your week, and we are going to kick it off with this KILLER core circuit!


Today is all about TIGHT & TONED, and this is one of my favorite circuits with all new moves! I’ve been working on my post c-section abs since…well… I had the baby, and this one left me burning! I’m gonna be so SORE tomorrow and I hope you are too!

Here’s the circuit:

20 reps of each move… repeat the circuit 2 more times for a killer core burn!


  1. banded inverted bicycle twists x 20

  2. banded crab kicks x 20

  3. banded v-splits x 20

  4. banded mountain climber run x 20

  5. banded alternating crunch kicks x 20

  6. banded scissor kicks x 20

  7. banded plank in & outs x 20

  8. banded & weighted Russian twists x 20

  9. banded glute bridges x 20

  10. standing banded knee drivers x 10 each side
