The weekends still count as days to stay on track! And so do the holidays. If you pay attention, you can see the signs that you're letting your hope slip. Sneaking an extra bite there. Abs are probably my favorite muscle to train (besides legs). I recently upped my game by adding weights to my ab workouts. I call these the "weighted plank & push" and the “weighted traveler”. In a plank position, grab the weight and slide it to one side, plank walk and do one push-up. Then slide weight in other direction, plank walk back and a push-up. Do that for 1 minute.
