Abs are probably my favorite muscle to train (besides legs). I recently upped my game by adding weights to my ab workouts. I call these the "weighted plank & push" and the “weighted traveler”. In a plank position, grab the weight and slide it to one side, plank walk and do one push-up. Then slide weight in other direction, plank walk back and a push-up. Do that for 1 minute. Then, flip on your back, and do the traveler (see video!) for 10 reps! Repeat 3-4 times.
Your abs should be burning by the end!!! 🔥 Trust me, weights do you Abs good!!! 🙌🏻
