The Holiday Season Gets Busy....
The hustle and bustle of the holiday season always makes it a busy time for getting things done.
Add in an at-home business and two kids, and life is REALLY busy! 🙈
But busy or not, teething baby or not, I still make time for me and my workouts. 👊🏻
Jack wanted to be held for most of my workout today, wanted to read 2 books, was flat out yelling at me at one point, and made me pause twice for snacks...
Was it perfect? Nope. Worth it? Yep. Did I still sweat? Oh yeah! And I’ll be sore tomorrow, too!
This is actually what most of my workouts look like believe it or not... So it doesn’t matter what it looks like, it’s what you put into that counts!!
And the best part.... your little sweeties will start jumping in with you! Did you see Jack grab his pink 2lbs. dumbbells?!? 😍💪🏻 He’s been watching me workout since he was a baby and now he grabs his little weights to workout with mommy. So cute!
I love the way this healthy style makes me feel and rubs off on my family & friends. I honestly can’t help but share about it every day. It’s such a huge part of who I am as a woman, as a wife and now a mama. 💁🏼♀️
