MY BUSY MOM OF 2 HACKS

20 minute workout ✅

Superfood shake (delicious recipe below) ✅ Dry shampoo ✅ Blush & mascara ✅

Snickers Shakeology Here it is! It is so good! Have you ever heard of or tried vegan superfood Shakeology? I'd love for you to try it!

INGREDIENTS:

1 scoop chocolate vegan Shakeology

1 tsp caramel extract

3 walnuts (swap nuts for PB2 powder to taste like Reese's)

1 cup almond milk (or any kind of milk)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place Shakeology, caramel extract, walnuts (or PB2 powder), almond milk, and ice to taste in a blender, cover. Blend until smooth!
