No-Bake Vanilla Energy Balls


These Vanilla Energy Balls made with almonds and Vanilla Shakeology taste just like truffles from your favorite candy store.


They’re so easy to make and are perfect for when you’re craving a sweet treat and don’t want to fall off the healthy eating wagon.

Vanilla Almond Energy Balls

Ingredients: - 1½ scoops Vanilla Shakeology

- ½ cup almond flour

- ½ cup dry rolled oats

- ¼ cup all-natural almond butter

- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

- ¼ cup sliced almonds

Instructions: Combine Shakeology, almond flour, and oats in a medium bowl; mix well. Add almond butter and almond milk; mix well with a spatula or clean hands until it forms a thick batter. Roll mixture into 15 balls, each about 1-inch in size. Roll balls in almonds. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
