So ladies!!!! I wanted to talk to you about lifting weights 🏋 My absolute favorite way of training is lifting weights.......... heavy weights, as heavy as I can.
And why? You get results, your body shape changes, AND you feel empowered, strong, unstoppable and this carries through to everything you do or want to do ❤️👍🏻👌🏻👊🏻💪🏻
Please don't be afraid of the weights. Hours of cardio will only make you shrink and appear smaller but look the same, and that's only if you're also eating less calories than you need consistently.
Lifting heavy weights is what will define and sculpt your legs, bottom and hamstrings, as well as give your arms, back and core a good workout. And we all need that too, to help good posture and overall balance.
Also the more muscle your body has, the more calories you burn 😁😜so big quads = more food 😁😁😁
As a female, we do not have enough testosterone to become big and bulky like a man. All that will happen if you lift heavy weights over a long period of time, is that your muscles will develop shape giving you a more feminine and curvey appearance.
