It often feels impossible until it’s done!

Today was hard! It took a lot of mental determination to keep going and push myself to the max. Everyone’s max looks different and that’s okay. ⁣Show up on the days you feel like it. ⁣Show up on the days you don’t. ⁣Just don’t half a$$ it or you’ll get half the a$$ and no one wants that 😆 ⁣⁣

So, give these two booty moves a try ... your a$$ will thank ya later!!

You'll need:

🍑 one loop around thighs (optional)⁣

🍑 two sliders (or paper plates)⁣

🍑 one dumbbell weight to make it harder (optional)

🔥 do 3 sets of 20 reps each!!
