Cauliflower “Fried Rice” w/ Chicken Sausage

Ingredients

1 bag (16 oz) Green Giant Fresh Cauliflower Crumbles chopped vegetable “Fried Rice” Blend 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic salt 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 egg, beaten 2 Tbsp soy sauce 1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce

1 package of Chicken Sausage of choice (I used Gilbert's pineapple chicken sausage--See Photo)

Directions

1) In a medium skillet heat 1 Tbsp oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently until garlic begins to brown. 2) Add Cauliflower Crumbles® chopped vegetable “Fried Rice” Blend and garlic salt. Add in sliced chicken sausage. 3) Cook 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften. 4) Stir in egg; cook 2-3 minutes until egg is cooked. 5) Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce; mix well.

Note:Serve with steamed broccoli or enjoy as is!
