A Better PB & J

Peanut butter (or any nut, frankly) and jelly totally reminds me of being a kid and I was really craving one today for lunch! I make mine with whole-grain bread (my personal favorite is Ezekiel 4:9), an all-natural nut butter (Sunflower seed butter), and all-natural fruit spread like St. Dalfour to UP the health factor.
