My Sample Clean Eating Daily Menu


There are No tricks...no magic pills....no extreme diets.

It's HARDWORK and CONSISTENCY over time that's going to get you to where you want to be.

Clean eating first and foremost is going to get you to where you want to be quicker than you ever thought possible...feeding your body foods it recognizes and not low fat, low carb, no sugar chemical bound foods. Stick to the food's God gave us like grass-fed meat, eggs, nuts, raw nut butters, veggies, fruit, oatmeal, ezekiel sprouted grain bread, olive oil, coconut oil etc. Here is a little sample of a day's worth of food. -2 eggs and 2 egg whites, 1 piece of toast, 1 cup of spinach or asparagus and 1/2-1 apple -Vegan tropical strawberry Shakeology with 1/4 banana and cup of coconut milk -Big green salad with pine nuts, 3 ounces chicken and creamy garlic dressing (homemade) or Salsa -Apple and almonds or ezekiel toast with almond butter and 1/4 banana slices cut up. -Salmon or chicken with grilled veggies and 1/2 cup rice/quinoa or 4 ounces sweet potato. Play around with things and figure out what works for you and what makes your body feel it's best! The further you progress with working out and putting on lean muscle the MORE you will need to eat.

Stick with clean foods though!
