You Can't Fake Fitness!



We are getting back on track!!!

And yes, we're working out again! Day 2 of our new 9 week program! #youcantfakefitness#itsnottoolatetojoinus ⁣ In a world where there are so many illusions on social media (anyone can do a short video or post of photo that makes them look fit) ... but, I want to be a person who keeps it REAL. This is really my life, and yes we workout {almost} every day...rain or shine, traveling or not! It has literally taken blood, SWEAT and tears to get where I am today.⁣


I want to be the person who shows up every day and SHOWS you that I'm actually able to do EVERYTHING I say I can do... It's REAL work EVERY day ... it's not a facade, it's not just me posing for the camera, I got where I am with HARD WORK. You can fake a lot of things, but you CAN'T fake fitness.


It’s not about how many pull-ups I can do, or how far I can run or how high I can jump - the fact is I show up for myself EVERY SINGLE DAY. I put in the work, and I do this for ME, just to prove to myself that I can.
