What’s your biggest excuse for not working out during vacation?
Time?
Lack of Energy?
Space?
My goal while traveling on winter break was to get in at least 5 days of workouts.... well I squeezed in winter break workout #4... a quick 25 minute total body circuit before a lunch date with my besties and a park day with my kiddos!
Yes, I was tired from all the vine pulling/property clearing and not sleeping well last night and getting up at 5am with Jack, but I felt so much more energized after a sweat sesh!
So, what is your biggest excuse for moving fitness to the backseat during your vacation? I’m curious!! Am I the only weirdo that craves fitness any time, even while traveling?! 🤪💪🏻
