The hardest lift of all!
The hardest lift of all is getting your butt off the couch! ￼ Showing up for yourself is not always easy. No one else can do it for you. If you want it, you gotta work for it.
BAM!! LEG DAY is done for today! I can totally feel my legs getting stronger, my booty getting rounder and my posture straighter.
I am at home, following a program led by a kick butt trainer. She tells me what to do, how to do it, and when.
There’s no guessing, no wondering...just doing.
Just show up, lift your weights, stretch, rest and repeat!
Mix that in with great sleep, clean nutrition, healthy relationships, and a positive mindset, and dang if that’s not a clear path to rocking results, then I don’t know what is!
