It's worked great for my two quarantine snack monsters this past week! 😜👹
Each kiddo gets their own colored bowl (or basket) and in the morning I fill it with their snacks for the day. When those snacks are gone, they don't get any more. It makes them stop and think "do I really need a snack?" And, for the past few days now, there are snacks left over in their bowls! 🙌 #momwin
