Empowered Green Smoothie Recipe

Everyone should start their day and fuel their body with this Empowered Green protein shake. Inspired by the program I am supplementing with right now to help heal my #Plantarfasciitis, this gorgeous shake is an easy (and delicious!) way to get some greens in, plus the blend of high-quality proteins, probiotics, fiber, digestive enzymes, antioxidants, superfoods, vitamins, and minerals in the superfood smoothie mix I use.

Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice1 scoop Vanilla Whey (or Vanilla Plant-Based Vegan) Protein
½ cup raw spinach
½ large ripe banana, cut into chunks
Instructions: Place almond milk, ice, protein powder, spinach, and banana in blender; cover.
Blend until smooth.
