Do You Have a Spin Bike?

Eeekkk!!! My beautiful, sleek MYX bike arrived this weekend!!!!! 3 rides in so far and I am IN LOVE!!!!!

I did my first ride as part of the CAST of a LIVE spin class!

Talk about a rush of endorphins! It was so AMAZING to hear the trainer calling me out and being so encouraging!

I pushed myself so hard— I’ll be sore and walking funny tomorrow!
