Anyone ever heard the saying "exercise because you love your body, not because you hate it"?! Easier said than done sometimes, right?!
Here's the problem - too often times people decide not to give themselves permission to feel good about their bodies until they are a particular shape or size which is backwards.
Appreciating the body you have is going to help you have the right frame of mind to take good care of it which is going to lead to you getting TONED & TIGHTENED ;)
Will it be easy?! Probably not as so many of us body-shame on the regular (or have) so…let's creep it real ;) Whatever condition you're in, there is someone out there who would swap bodies with you in a heartbeat. Think about how much they'd appreciate your body if it was suddenly yours.
