
Calling all Runners!! 🏃🏼♀️💨
I love running... 💜 but as of lately I’ve been having to do less and less of it while nursing my plantar fasciitis flare up. 👎🏻
I’ve been buying and trying all the insoles and shoes for PF in hopes to find something that helps it feel better.... and who knew there’s a running shoe out there just for plantar fasciitis + high arches + heel support for proper running form ?!? 🤷🏼♀️👟🙌🏼
Now, I’m super excited to slowly get back into my running and take on our newest RUNNING program. The end goal for me is to just get through it with no pain. I decided to host a big group for this program launch and at the end of the 30 day program we will be running a VIRTUAL 5K together on Thanksgiving day! 🦃
This program was designed by a track and field athlete that will literally be in our ears training us on how to run: tempos, mph, cadences, etc. My favorite part is that we’re only running 2-3 days a week, and doing resistance training to prevent injury on the other 4 days. I am so pumped about this!!! #5krunner #motherrunner
