A few months ago, I stopped drinking my afternoon coffee and I replaced it with a scoop of my all-natural fruit punch pre-workout and a scoop of my Hydrate electrolytes. So I get the energy boost I need -- WITHOUT the dehydration. Have you tried this!?!? OMGEEEEE :O
You might not think you need a pre-workout - but a mid-afternoon pick-me-up with hydration? Now, I'll pay for that!! :P
