I did another at-home barre workout today. Gosh I love these workouts!!! Today’s focus was all the core work, and as you can see, my entire midsection is working through these powerful moves. And I didn’t even have to lay down! 3 pound weights, balance on one leg and torso crunching! WHEW! 🔥
