A Family Staple recipe!

One of my family's favorite recipe! I hope you will enjoy it as well!


Yummy veggies -- Roasted Roots: -6 cups of chopped carrots, parsnips, and rutabagas peeled and cut -2 Tbsp oil oil -Salt and pepper -6 fresh sage leaves -6 fresh thyme sprigs -2 Tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In baking dish, toss veggies with oil, sage, thyme, salt/pepper. Cover and roast for 20 minutes. Then, uncover, give the dish a shake and roast uncovered for 15-20 more minutes. Add parsley before serving.
