A Costco find you have to go get!

Since dragon fruit isn’t exactly easy to find everywhere, this is more of a “special-occasion” shake for when you want to mix things up a little — and it’s worth the effort: This fiery-pink shake is truly breathtaking.

I found this bag of frozen at fruit at my local Costco store and trust me, it's DELICIOUS!

All you need is Vanilla Superfoods, unsweetened coconut milk, ice, mango, and of course, dragon fruit; that’s it.

The result: A gorgeous, creamy shake that’s almost too pretty to drink! (Almost.)
