
Since dragon fruit isn’t exactly easy to find everywhere, this is more of a “special-occasion” shake for when you want to mix things up a little — and it’s worth the effort: This fiery-pink shake is truly breathtaking.

All you need is Vanilla Superfoods, unsweetened coconut milk, ice, mango, and of course, dragon fruit; that’s it.
The result: A gorgeous, creamy shake that’s almost too pretty to drink! (Almost.)

Dragon’s Breath Superfood Shake

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
1 cup ice
1 scoop Strawberry Whey Shakeology
1 cup dragon fruit, chopped
½ cup mango, chopped
1 2-inch slice fresh ginger, peeled
Instructions
Place coconut milk, ice, Shakeology, dragon fruit, mango, and ginger in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
