I promise this is the best meatloaf you will ever try! But maybe I’m just biased because it’s my recipe! LOL 😂
Ingredients
1-2 pounds of beef/pork/veal blend
½ cup gluten free oats + ½ c ritz crackers
1 egg
¼ diced onion or ½ tsp onion powder
1 ¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Small drizzle of worchestire sauce
Small drizzle of your favorite bbq sauce
½ cup milk
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
Combine in a bowl and transfer to muffin tins (larger works better).
Bake for 40-50 minutes.
Note - Prep time: 15 mins, Cook time: 40-50 mins, Total time: 1 hour 5 mins, Serves: 1 meatloaf
