This Meat Loaf Is The BOMB 🍞


I promise this is the best meatloaf you will ever try! But maybe I’m just biased because it’s my recipe! LOL 😂

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pounds of beef/pork/veal blend

  • ½ cup gluten free oats + ½ c ritz crackers

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ diced onion or ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • Small drizzle of worchestire sauce

  • Small drizzle of your favorite bbq sauce

  • ½ cup milk

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside.

  2. Combine in a bowl and transfer to muffin tins (larger works better).

  3. Bake for 40-50 minutes.

Note - Prep time: 15 mins, Cook time: 40-50 mins, Total time: 1 hour 5 mins, Serves: 1 meatloaf
