Veggies for Breakfast!

My time to nutrition plan that I’ve been following for the past month calls for veggies for breakfast...which is very hard for me to swallow. But today I tried cauliflower/sweet potato rice scrambled in my eggs with cinnamon on top and it wasn’t too shabby… Do you think you could eat this??
