Two Weeks of Progress
Two week of progress 🙌🏻 During my 80 Day Abs & Booty transformation, I promised to be real and share it all with y’all! So here it goes... ➕I’m down 1 inch in my waist (not using the scale!)🎉 ➕After a few days of being cranky and so tired from detoxing, I feel AH-MAZING! 🙋🏼♀️So much ENERGY!⚡️ ➕I’m following a simple meal plan that tells me when & what to eat… I have 6 meals a day and am NEVER hungry! 🍇🥦🍗🍠🍷 ➕My booty is already more lifted and toned!🍑 ➕And my lower abs are already looking more chiseled!💪🏻 ➕I caved and had pizza last Friday night… and wine! 🙈 Cravings are no joke! And I’m not perfect. ➕I’m so sore...I dread sitting on the toilet, picking up my son, and going down steps! 😂 (but sore is the new sexy, so I’m embracing it!) I’d love to help you feel as amazing as I do right now!! 💚 I have another group of ladies starting THIS program next week!
