Here’s a quick Banded Booty Burner you can try this week!! You don’t need a band, it just makes it burn that much more! Make it even harder by adding WEIGHTS or ELEVATING yourself! Do each move 10 reps and repeat 3 times!

We had rain, and clouds, and cold all weekend, so I did a little online shopping to help cheer me up! I'm so ready to trade in my leggings and long-sleeves for my swimsuit and boating season!! I know summer's a few months away yet, but I do have a tropical vacation coming up to the Mexican Riviera in April and I was trying on my NEW swimsuit to see if I liked it! DO YOU LIKE IT? Should I KEEP IT?👙
