One of Us Worked Our Booty Off Today....
....and one of us laid around like a Lazy-Lou! 🤣
Jack usually copies EVERY single thing I do and won't sit still during "workout time", but not today! And I don't blame him after missing 2 naps this week just because he didn't "feel like sleeping!" 😴 Really?!! Why would anyone FIGHT NAP TIME? 🤷🏼♀️
But, one thing I love about our relationship is the way he can communicate with me without saying a word (he only knows a few words anyways!) We've been working hard on our baby signs and really staying cued to what he's trying to tell us.
Halfway into my workout, I got the look 👀 and the chest tap 👈🏻 which means "mom, nigh nigh, now!" Aka it's nap time!
It was THE cutest thing ever! ❤️
So, fortunately for me I was able to push pause on my workout and put him down for a much needed nap!
Then, resume that nap time hustle! 😅
