What's Your Excuse?


Someone once told me, โ€œI can't workout at home because I have kids.โ€ ๐Ÿ™„

And I said, โ€œwell if thatโ€™s your excuse, then Iโ€™m gonna prove you wrong!โ€ ๐Ÿ’๐ŸผโœŒ๐Ÿป

Turns out, they were wrong, and I was right! ๐Ÿ˜‰You CAN workout with your kiddos at home. And this IS a great workout to do with your toddler โ€ฆIF they weigh ~24 pounds and youโ€™re careful when lifting them! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜‚

Here's how the hubby (Marc) and I "passed the baby" and used him as our "weight" for an extra burn in today's workout! Do each move for a minute!๐Ÿ”ฅ
