What's Your Excuse?
Someone once told me, โI can't workout at home because I have kids.โ ๐

Turns out, they were wrong, and I was right! ๐You CAN workout with your kiddos at home. And this IS a great workout to do with your toddler โฆIF they weigh ~24 pounds and youโre careful when lifting them! ๐ช๐ป๐
Here's how the hubby (Marc) and I "passed the baby" and used him as our "weight" for an extra burn in today's workout! Do each move for a minute!๐ฅ
