Someone once told me, “I can't workout at home because I have kids.” 🙄

Turns out, they were wrong, and I was right! 😉You CAN workout with your kiddos at home. And this IS a great workout to do with your toddler …IF they weigh ~24 pounds and you’re careful when lifting them! 💪🏻😂
Here's how the hubby (Marc) and I "passed the baby" and used him as our "weight" for an extra burn in today's workout! Do each move for a minute!🔥
