I workout because...

I love my legs! I've always been "Sarah plain and tall"... that tall and lanky kid in high school. No jeans were ever long enough and I was taller than most of the boys. But, looking back, I've learned to appreciate being tall. These LONG legs have carried me through life: on a soccer scholarship to a NCAA school, down the aisle to marry my best friend and love of my life, and to chase around the most precious kiddo ever, my sweet Emma. And, I love training them: lunges, squats, running, you name it!! Leg workouts are my FAVE!!! I love my legs! What do you love about your body????
