The scale is not the "weigh"!


The scale is not the end all be all.

It's just ONE tool that you have to reach your goals. But there are others.


The mirror is a tool that I use. YES the mirror is a tool!


If you are tracking your progress then let the mirror be your scale ...it doesn't lie, it doesn't inflate, it just states the facts.


I'm not showing you this to brag or boast. Or to be sleezy in my sporty. I'm sharing this b/c I'm DANG proud of myself for showing up every day...homeschooling + covid and all!


Even when I didn't feel my best. Even when I was tired...or exhausted is more like it. Even when time was cut short. Even when I'd have to modify some workouts b/c my back just couldn't take it.


I'm a c-section mama to 2 kiddos who are now 4 and 10! If I don't workout, I don't feel well and I don't have energy. Working out is what keeps my spirits high and my booty tight! And it helps me sleep so much better at night!!
