Pseudo-Intermittent Fasting!


I’ve been practicing pseudo-intermittent fasting the past couple of weeks and I’m liking it a lot! I was so hungry after this killer leg day workout... 💪🏻


Intermittent Fasting doesn’t mean you can’t eat breakfast! I eat breakfast every day, just a little later than “normal”.

I workout first thing (after coffee of course) in a fasted state -- coffee + my pre workout does not break my fast. Then at about 10:30/11am I break my fast with meal #1 + BCAA protein shake. Lunch is around 1/2pm full of veggies + salad + protein and dinner as usual at 6pm. Then, I'm done eating after dinner and "fast" all night until the next day and do it all over again.


I'm still learning what works for me, but so far, I'm liking this! However, where I usually always get stuck is on the weekends when I feel it's almost impossible to stick to it!
