Oh, The Mom-Guilt!

To the mamas feeling guilty because they workout at home when they feel they should be doing something with their kids.....

We are teaching them commitment and discipline and determination.

We have to remember that they are watching what we are doing... and we are setting an incredible example!

Most of the time I finish. But today I cut my workout 10 minutes short so I could take them on a bike ride around the block...

So about that workout this morning... Some days are HARD for me to push play - late to bed, tossed and turned for the 6 hours...woke up to a toddler in my bed at 5am because said toddler was ready for
