Oh, The Mom-Guilt!

To the mamas feeling guilty because they workout at home when they feel they should be doing something with their kids.....

We are teaching them commitment and discipline and determination.

We have to remember that they are watching what we are doing... and we are setting an incredible example!

Most of the time I finish. But today I cut my workout 10 minutes short so I could take them on a bike ride around the block...

My online trainer (Autumn Calabrese) just told me that I did 432 reps of these 6 moves in 12 minutes. WHEW!!! All the muscles are ON FIYAH!!! After that killer workout, it’ll be no wonder if I’m walki
