New Meal Plan? Yes, Please!

Because it’s SNACK TIME and I was slacking on my carb macros post workout! 🙌🏻

I’m so excited about my new meal plan that I’m starting today… It follows a macro-nutrient plan that is super easy for this busy mama to keep up with! No counting calories, no portion control containers, just three set numbers that I know I can stick with!
