My Progress After Just 1 Week!

Just one week of sampling our new Tabata & Total body training program and I'm already seeing my booty lifting, my abs popping and my biceps toning!!


I definitely had some holiday fluff lurking from all the Christmas cocktails I had! But it's totally melting away now thanks to all the weight lifting and cardio bursts this program has me doing! Better keep this up so New Years doesn't bring the same "fluff" story!
