Just wanted to share my 6 week (42 day) transformation with y’all...
I wasn’t looking to lose weight.
I wasn’t trying to slim down.
I just wanted to maintain and show up everyday!
My goals were to get stronger, leaner, tougher, and see more muscle pop!! 💪🏼 I also had to nurse an injury through this program, which forced me to really dial in on my nutrition. 🍎 I’m so happy with my before and afters!! I can really tell in my waistline, where my Covid diet proves to exist! I still ate pizza 🍕& burgers 🍔 on the weekends and had a glass wine 🍷 almost every night with dinner. And, I lost 2 inches in my waist... arms, back and legs are so much stronger, and my nutrition is back on {healthy} track!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

My "No Excuses November" fit club kicks off next week and I’m still accepting ladies who want to break the “diet” cycle and get fit with their babies/kiddos/puppies at home! 30 minute workouts, minimal equipment and a flexible meal plan!
No counting calories, measuring, cutting out food groups, or depriving yourself. Who’s ready to be that confident Momma at all the holiday parties this year? 🙋🏼♀️💄💃
