Lift Weights to Lose Weight???


Strength training & lifting weights can be so confusing, right?!? But it’s SO important to do - muscle burns more calories, your heart rate still gets up, you feel super strong, you increase bone density and decrease risk of osteoporosis, lifting and carrying all the kids is easier, etc. #momlife

Still working on my baby bicep and hoping one day it'll match my #bootygains!! ⁣⁣

So about that workout this morning... Some days are HARD for me to push play - late to bed, tossed and turned for the 6 hours...woke up to a toddler in my bed at 5am because said toddler was ready for
