I Did NOT Want To Workout Today!

I did NOT want to workout today...

I’m feeling a little bit overwhelmed right now⁣ I’m feeling like I have too much on my plate And, it’s the week before school starts!! But 𝙂𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩? ⁣

I did it any way!

Listen... We’re all being challenged with something right now—back to school, homeschooling, working from home, sickness, re-masking, family issues, etc.- we are all feeling all the things! And this too shall pass.... we will get through these crazy times we’re living in...BUT... If you do not take care of yourself: mentally and physically—you WILL feel it (and not in a good way). Stress and anxiety can eat away at your health. My workouts are for my sanity and my soul! So, yes. Even when I don’t want to, or when I’m stressed, I will show up for me to get in my 30 mins a day to ensure my health is a priority. ⁣And, I pray that you will too. ⁣
