Honestly, I woke up dreading this workout. It’s 40 minutes of heavy leg lifting, core and cardio... it’s hardio!


But, my trainer, Joel Freeman, reminded me that will power is a muscle we have to work too. You’ve gotta be physically strong, but more importantly, mentally strong! And boy was he was right?!?


I pushed through all the sweat and finished strong!
