Interrupting COVID news and mask 😷 debates to share my “creature of habit” breakfast over here… 😂 Why do I repeat meals day in and day out (especially breakfast)? Because I LOVE my carbs and protein & look forward to eating them every day! ❤️ Breakfast needs to be quick and easy, so it’s just a no brainer for me to eat the same things daily. It takes the guess work out of it and 7 less meals I have to plan each week!! 😂 When you find something you enjoy and it makes you feel good, it’s okay to repeat it or eat it daily, if that’s what you truly want! (As long as it’s healthy!)
