Are You Still A Gym Junkie?

When I think back to my “gym junkie” days...there is NO way I would have EVER pushed myself as hard as I do during these workouts.


Nothing wrong with the gym AT ALL...I was a gym junkie for MORE years than I've been an "at home" person.


BUT I know myself. I would have taken more frequent and longer breaks, I wouldn't have done as many reps, I certainly wouldn't have come up with so many awesome exercise combinations, and I wouldn't have lifted as heavy.

So the fact I can do all of this together at home for only than $8 a month? 🙌🏼 Total win in my book.

This one is called lower body burn! My legs and abs are on fiiiiahhh! 🔥And since I’m forever trying to tone my legs, and chisel my abs, I’d say this one is a winner! 💪🏼

Do each of these exercises for 60 seconds then repeat it all from the start!
