Are You A Runner?

I started our new Running & Resistance program this week and I’m definitely feeling it -- like actually loving the soreness!

25 minutes of fast-paced weighted circuits.

Then you get outside or jump on the treadmill (it was nap time or I would have run outside!) for an audio guided 22-minute fat blasting ladders run! I was drenched in sweat and it felt so good to just run at my own perceived rate of exertion.

Whether you like running or not, you can take this program at your own pace: walk, jog, or run or even bike/swim, but what I love about running most is it teaches you to be present.
