3-Ingredient Banana Protein Muffins... a total MOM WIN!

Made a dozen of these delicious {3 ingredient} banana protein muffins today and there’s only 5 left now! I’ll take that as a mom-win! 🙌🏻



Here's the recipe!

  • 1.5 cups Birch Benders Paleo Pancake mix

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 2 large bananas (yellow with brown spots are best!)

  • 1 tsp of dark chocolate chips (optional)

  • 1/2 Tbsp of ground cinnamon (optional)

  • Mash bananas and mix with oil. Add pancake mix, chocolate, cinnamon and stir to combine. Pour into muffin cups (fill half way). Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

10g carbs, 3g fiber, 9g fat, 4g protein
