Made a dozen of these delicious {3 ingredient} banana protein muffins today and there’s only 5 left now! I’ll take that as a mom-win! 🙌🏻
Here's the recipe!
1.5 cups Birch Benders Paleo Pancake mix
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 large bananas (yellow with brown spots are best!)
1 tsp of dark chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 Tbsp of ground cinnamon (optional)
Mash bananas and mix with oil. Add pancake mix, chocolate, cinnamon and stir to combine. Pour into muffin cups (fill half way). Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
10g carbs, 3g fiber, 9g fat, 4g protein
