Flashback to My First Postpartum Transformation!


Flashback Friday to my 1st postpartum transformation where I lost all of the baby weight before Emma was even 6 months old (she's 7 years old now), and kept it off! My goal was to lose all of the baby weight before she turned 9 months old, and that was while recovering from a c-section + breastfeeding! I know I may not have had the "biggest" or "best" transformation, but I sure as h$ll enjoyed the journey! I never obsessed over the weight, I just took it one day at a time with: #consistencypaysoff ๐Ÿ’š30 minute at-home workouts (while holding Emma ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ #NeedyAF) ๐Ÿ’šsuperfood shakes instead of bagels for breakfast ๐Ÿ’šmore of the healthy foods ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿ“and less of the not-so-healthy ones ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ’ša virtual community of other women to support me And boom๐Ÿ’ฅ it happened. I not only lost the weight, but I gained muscles and confidence to rock my mom-bod again!
